El Silencio Mezcal Espadin is a premium quality mezcal made from 100% mature Espadin agave, which is grown and harvested in the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. This 750ml bottle contains a handcrafted and artisanal mezcal that is produced using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations.

The agave hearts are slow-roasted in underground pit ovens and then crushed by a horse-drawn tahona stone to extract the juice. The juice is then fermented with natural yeast in wooden vats and distilled twice in copper pot stills, which gives it a smooth and complex flavor profile.
